  “Now named Berkeley Bay Marine. Owned and Operated by Charlie Serrano. Worst Ever!!! Stay Away. Brought my boat there and was told it would be fixed in 4 days. 2 1/2 weeks later it still wasn't fixed. Lied all the time!!! Said he was working on my boat and never did anything until I was there. Used used parts and charged for new parts. STAY AWAY!!! A real Con Artist!!!”
